The families of three men, represented by Farrar & Ball, have reached a settlement with Ford Motor Company regarding an incident which took the lives of all three men in 2007. Ford has agreed to settle the case for a confidential amount only months before trial. The case was filed in Arizona state court. No additional information was permitted to be published at the insistence of Ford Motor Company.
