Wesley Ball discusses $2.6 million Willoughby v. Swift verdict and trucker safety issues on the Sirius XM Radio Road Dog Trucking program

The $2.6 million jury verdict for owner-operator truck driver Herbert Willoughby in a Houston federal court in August 2015 has sent ripples among commercial truckers and transportation companies. Lead trial attorney Wesley Ball was a guest on Sirius XM Radio’s Road Dog Trucking show to discuss the case and address serious safety issues that surface when truckers are pressured by transportation companies to carry loads on trailers that have not been adequately maintained.
