Taylor Franks is a Texas personal injury attorney and proud member of the Law Tigers team, where he focuses his practice on motorcycle wrecks and serious injury cases across the state of Texas. Licensed in 2018, Taylor began his legal career on the defense side, representing insurance companies and large corporations. That early experience gave him rare insight into how insurers evaluate, minimize, and defend claims — knowledge he now uses to maximize results for injured riders and their families.

Since transitioning to the plaintiff’s side, Taylor has helped recover over $13 million in total settlements and verdicts, putting more than $5.5 million directly into his clients’ pockets. He has tried four cases to verdict and in 2024 achieved one of the Top 100 Verdicts in Texas, a testament to his commitment and courtroom skill.

Taylor takes pride in building strong, personal relationships with his clients. He believes that consistent, clear communication and trust are the foundation of every successful case — ensuring that clients always know where their case stands and feel supported through every step of the process.

A graduate of Texas A&M University and a die-hard Aggie football fan, Taylor earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio. He is an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and represents clients throughout the entire state of Texas.

When he’s not advocating for injured Texans, Taylor enjoys spending time with family, following Aggie football, golfing, and exploring new places across his home state.
