Toe V. Cooper case highlighted by Public Justice

Public Justice recently profiled the Toe v. Cooper Tire litigation on its website. In March 2010, Kyle Farrar and Wes Ball obtained a $32.8 million verdict against Cooper in a lawsuit over a fatal 2007 vehicle rollover caused by tire tread separation. The pair from Farrar & Ball, LLP served as lead counsel for the six passengers involved in the car wreck and their families.
